Publishing a page is only the first step in making it discoverable. Search engines, answer engines, feed readers, and AI crawlers each rely on machine-readable signals that must stay aligned with the public site.
Update discovery files when content changes
An event-driven publishing flow refreshes discovery files immediately after an article, public check, or report becomes available. This avoids stale schedules and ensures that every generated file reflects the current public catalog.
Give each source its own space
High-volume checks should not push product articles or full reports out of a feed. Separate limits for CMS content, FreeCheck results, and FullScan reports keep the output balanced while the sitemap remains complete.
Serve the same facts everywhere
The HTML page, sitemap, RSS feed, and llms.txt should point to the same canonical URL and use consistent titles, summaries, and timestamps. That consistency helps crawlers understand what changed and gives people reliable ways to follow new material.
